Ordering a report:
1. To begin the ordering process, make your report selection
then click the BUY button.
2. The next screen will require you to fill out birth
information for the person who is the subject of the report see below. To do
so, you will need to know: date of birth and the subjects name as it appears on
their birth certificate.
3. The next screen will display the Secure Online Payment
Method: You will be asked to enter credit card details online through our
secured server. Once all billing information has been processed, your order
will appear online. This entire procedure should take less than a minute. We
accept Visa, MasterCard.
Security Policy for Online Payment:
All online transactions for Life-Answers are handled with industry-standard SSL-
the technology used by all major Internet stores. When you enter your credit
card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an
encrypted form.
Orders paid for online will receive an automatic follow-up email containing a
link to that order. This link can be used to find the online location of an
order that you may have forgotten to bookmark.
Accurate information is the key to your report:
Enter the subjects birth date - like so May 5 1964.
Enter the subjects name as it is on their birth certificate. Please fill in the
middle name, do not use an initial if they have a middle name. If the subject
has no middle name you should leave this space blank. If they have more than
one middle name enter them all.

How secure is it to pay online?
All online transactions on the Life-Answers are handled with industry-standard

What are your payment options?

the report so that you can access it after it is cleared from our servers. For

What is your exchange policy?
If a report contains an error or you find the report unsatisfactory, you may
contact our customer service representatives by email at customer service
. Please include your order number with your email for fastest processing. DO NOT
place a duplicate order as this will result in a double billing.
How to Save Your Report

Open up your report so you can read it on your computer screen.

Go to the "File" menu of your browser (upper left corner) and choose "Save
As..."

Navigate to an appropriate folder/directory and click the "Save" button . We
suggest that you store your report in your personal file or folder. This way it
will be easy to find again.
Problems:
I can't find the birth certificate information!
Numerology is very accurate with the correct information. This link can help you

I can't find my order!
Each order placed through Life-Answers (whether a free sample or a full-length
paid report) is assigned an Order ID number and URL (Web address/location). You
will need the URL to access your report. Should your Internet connection be
disconnected while reviewing your order, please check your email first.
Life-Answers automatically sends a confirmation email which includes the online
address of your order. Otherwise, you may contact customer by email at customer service
for assistance.
Remember, placing duplicate orders may result in additional billing. It is best
to bookmark your order page immediately. Bookmarks (or Favorites) offer a
convenient means of page retrieval. If you are not sure how to bookmark, please
refer to the Help menu of your browser.
Birth information is wrong on my report!
If you notice errors in a paid report, please contact us by email at customer service
. Do NOT attempt to correct an order by placing
another order in Life-Answers, as you can be billed for each attempt. We will
correct your report and redo it for you ar no charge.
I'm having trouble printing!
You should be able to print reports directly from their pages online as you
would with any other document (Word Processing, etc) by going to the File menu
bar and then selecting print. If you are unable to do so, you may use the copy
and paste function on your computer to transfer the text of the report onto a
Word Processing document. You should have no trouble printing from there.
